Brazilian Ronaldinho has signed up for Barcelona….don’t get too excited…he is not returning to play for the club.

According to Goal.com, the 36 year old is returning to the club he helped return to its former glory between 2003 and 2008 to act as an ambassador. Barcelona are opening a new office in New York, USA, to enhance their growth internationally on 6 September, which has brought about them re-signing Ronaldinho.
The 36 year old was also a Brazil international, winning the World Cup in 2002
The two time FIFA player of the year still has great financial and commercial pulling power and the Catalans are looking to exploit the attacker’s popularity to enhance the club’s reputation.
